According to the Intergovernmental agreement on cooperation in the construction of Centre of nuclear science and technology (CNST) in Vietnam signed on 21.11.2011 CJSC“ASE” was chosen as a General vendor of the project.
Since 2012 the project has been carried out by JSC «NIAEP» and CJSC“ASE”.
In 2012 «Materials for the preliminary feasibility study of CNST in the Socialist Republic of Vietnam» were handed to the Vietnamese party.
In 2012 the concept and the composition of CNST, the schedule of key events were agreed.
In 2013 the works on development and coordination of feasibility study and JOI (justification of investment) for CNST location on two sites (in Hanoi and Da Lat) is planned.
So that all necessary information is provided to the Vietnamese party to prepare the application of the Ministry of Finance of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam to the Ministry of Finance of the Russian Federation about the credit agreement relating to CNST in 2013.
